What is the typical lead time for custom furniture?
Since each piece is handcrafted specifically for you, our standard production lead time is 4 to 6 weeks, plus additional time for white-glove delivery.
Do you offer fabric swatches before I purchase?
Yes, we highly recommend ordering swatches to see and feel our materials in your own light. You can order up to five complimentary swatches through our textile gallery.
What is your return policy for upholstered items?
Because our upholstered furniture is custom-made to your specifications, these items are non-returnable. However, if your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours for a replacement.
How does White Glove Delivery work?
Our White Glove service includes a scheduled delivery window, room-of-choice placement, light assembly, and the removal of all packaging materials.
Are your fabrics performance-rated for pets and children?
Many of our textiles are categorized as Performance Fabrics, meaning they are moisture-repellent, stain-resistant, and durable enough for high-traffic family homes.
Can I change my order after it has been placed?
We allow for order modifications within 24 hours of placement. After this window, production begins and we are unable to make changes to fabric or frame selections.
