At Coley Home, we want you to love your custom furniture; however, because our pieces are made-to-order, we offer a 30-day return window on select items subject to a restocking fee. Please note that fully customized upholstery and final sale items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process within 30 days of delivery.

• 2.
  Review and Approval

  Our team will review your request to ensure the items are in original condition and eligible for return based on our custom manufacturing guidelines.

• 3.
  Package and Ship

  Once approved, securely repack your items in the original packaging and use the provided prepaid shipping label to send them back to our facility.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse inspects the returned goods, a refund will be issued to your original payment method, minus applicable restocking and shipping fees.
